KATHMANDU: Nepal’s Maoists chairman Prachanda has criticized India and Sri Lanka for allegedly “suppressing” the extremist outfits in the two countries and said his party would renew its ties with the international fraternal groups.
“The military action of Sri Lankan government against the armed group LTTE and Indian government’s armed action against Indian Maoists in Lalgarh are deplorable acts,” he said while addressing media persons here yesterday.
The Maoists’ have also decided to strengthen their ties with all the Marxists, Leninist and Maoist parties of the world.
“It is our policy to support any movement launched by the Maoists anywhere in the world and we oppose suppression of such struggle by the government,” Maoist central secretariat member Narayankaji Shrestha ‘Prakash’ said.

I welcome the decission to oppose the indian intervention.
But, why Maoists are supporting the Tamils ? The Tamils are the puppets of India. Tamil people want to devide shrilanka. We Nepalese people always regard the strong soverign Shrilanka. Then, why Maoists are going such mistake ?
The second mistake is to support the Indian Maoists. There are many diferences between the Nepali Maoists and Indian Maoists.Nepalese Maoists are not fighting only for poor but also for the strong and prosperous-sovereign Nepal.Then why you are in suicidal game ?
I think you have heard the situation of Sri Lanka. Since 1800 AD, Tamils were sent to Sri Lanka by East-India-Company as workers in the rubber & wood farms from Tamilnadu of India. The King Ashoka had followed Buddhism in Sri Lanka since 2600 years ago. Sri Lanka became independent in 1948. In the meantime, there were 70 percent Buddhists there and Hindu-Tamils were minorities. After1971, religious and language discrimination between Singhalese and Tamils led to a confrontation under the guideness of RAW. Then in 1979, the Tamil based terrorist organization LTTE declared war for an independent state under the leadership of the young Pravakaran. Now, the 30 years’ long LTTE’s armed struggle is over. The separatists in Sri Lanka have been defeated by the nationalist army though the war claimed 75 thousands live, including that of Pravakaran. Meanwhile several foreign-initiated ‘peace talks,’ peace force’ and ‘mediation’ failed in bringing about peace.
But the determination of the Sri Lankan people, president, government and army enjoyed victory. So, we must learn from the lessons of Sri Lanka. Then, why Maoists are supporting Indian agenda ?
South Asia is in turmoil as India is taking the policy of aggressive intervention against the neighbouring countries- Nepal, Bangaladesh, Srilanka and Pakistan. The Congress (I) government of India is working for establishing these countries by mobilising it notorious intelligence agency, RAW. RAW has long faced allegations of meddling in its neighbours’ internal affairs. In 1987, New Delhi made a pact with the Srilankan government to send peace-keeping troops to the island and Indian forces ended up fighting the group RAW had armed.
In 1991, Rajiv Gandhi, prime minister of India at the time of the deployment of the peacekeeping force, was assassinated by an LTTE suicide bomber. It was a matter of regret for Nepal also.
Similarly, RAW has been fomenting violent activities in Nepal. A Indian scholar Dr. Shreen M. Mazari says- ‘The ethnic crisis in Bhutan led by the people of Nepalese origin is also said to have been aggravated by RAW for the advantage of India. In Nepal, India has been intervening in the politics by promoting pro-Indian politicians.’ The Indian government is creating difficulty for Nepal to assert her sovereignty. The federalism with ethnic groups will be the cause of division. Why Maoists are supporting such Nepalesee thnic division ?
The ethnic division of Nepal will create only ethnic leaders, not national leaders. We are Nepali brothers and sisters, but the ethnic division will make us Bahuns, Chhetris, Gurungs, Magars, Tharus, Newars, Limbus, Rais, Tamangs and Madhesis etc, except Nepali.
So I request Maoists to think creatively and to support my following opinion –
If Nepal’s sovereignty is to be protected against the policy of America and India, especially against the conspiracy of RAW, the Maoist must commit itself to a balanced relation between India and China through (1) to manage and control the open border between Nepal and India by fencing and/or construction of wall along the border with consent of both the countries and maintain the 7-10 border points; (II) revoke the citizenship taken by few Tibetan and many Indian nationals since 2007 & 2008; (III) introduction of work permit for foreigner workers in Nepal and; (IV) to ease the movement of people, transportation and export-import with China.
The natural and cultural assets are the wealth of the country. Therefore, the Maoists should prepare plans to mobilize Nepalese manpower in the utilization of natural resources – land, water resources and forest; and to maintain the country’s cultural vibrancy it should declare religious freedom and announce the continuation of Hindu and Buddhist kingdom by which Nepal is known around the world. If the Maoists make these commitments, no force can destroy the Maoists. Although Mao had maintained secularism in China he had prevented the encroachment of foreign religion in China. It might be mentioned here that secularism in Nepal is the interest of the foreigners to destroy the whole identity of Nepal. And, the mejor point is that without monarchy Nepal including sovereign politicians can’t save. So, I request, Maoists should be able to understand the game plan of India and America to destroy China by using Nepal and for that they first want to weaken Nepal abolishing the Nepalese monarchy. In such a situation, we nationalists including Maoists should request the King to reinstate the throne with Crown. The attempt to establish a republican state in Nepal is a Herculean task.
The Maoists must prepare a list of those of Nepali Congress, UML, RPP and Sadhvawana parties who were in power after 1991 and those who were in the ministries from Secretary, director generals of the departments and directorates, project managers, chief of public corporations, contractors whose number range from 5,000 to 20,000 and evaluate all their previous and present assets and properties, bank balances both in the country and outside, shares, investments and take action under a strict criteria. For this, you must propose in your slogan to appropriate laws should be formulated and the institution should be constituted to curb corruptions. All their properties should be nationalized and they be punished if they fail to furnish relevant proof of their assets and properties and incomes.
If Maoists support my views every Nepalese people support.
